Arun Reddy joined LexisNexis in December 2012 as the Head of India Primary Law (IPL) and was instrumental in launching IPL in India, driving transformation and bringing about operational excellence across processes.
In the current role, he is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of Editorial Operations together with Warehouse and Distribution Operations across Asia with primary focus on India, Malaysia, Singapore & Hong Kong. A professional with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in managing Business Operations. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt certified and was part of several Continuous Improvement Programs driving Customer Experience, Automation, Operational Efficiency & Cost Saving projects. He achieved the Excellence Award for Operations in 2017 at an APAC level and is a part of the Global Operations SLT. He believes in providing strong Operational Leadership by driving global teams in achieving excellence and having a customer centric approach.
